Jio office

No board to reach.it took 5 hours to find the store.less and congested place from waiting.

Finding office address is difficult. There is office without brand name or hording. Jio office is in second floor....

No name board at all...

Office is fine and employee in it are supercool but it's location is difficult to find because it is inside of a building and on 1st floor that to no big boarding.

The Worst Service Store we ever see
They don’t have spare parts
They don’t have new devices
The security guard is answering very rude and they don’t let us enter into store not because of COVID because of there arrogance
The persons have time to chat with others but they don’t want to resolve issue
I don’t know why the Jio is approved this service centre in first place

Good service but we can't locate easily especially first time comers
