Bajaj Electronics is one stop shop for purchasing different categories of items from different brands under one roof. It caters for TVs, mobiles, computers, AC, refrigerators, washing machines, geysers, water purifiers, microwaves, ovens etc.
The store has got samples in the display so that the customer can get a feel of the product that they want to purchase. The sales executives are well conversant with the features of the products and they help the customer in deciding the product to choose.
The stores also offers discounts on products and the rates of few items when compared on Amazon were matching with their rates.

Delivered defect piece (we have chosen Bajaj electronics delivery only), Manager Vinay in 2nd floor is an idiot, sales person in chimney section doesn’t have much knowledge on products and such a liar. He sold wrong product stating the model is the latest one.
After sending defect item (chimney parts were missing in the box and there was a dent on top of chimney) manager argues with us, refuses to send new item nor return our money back, abuses my mom. We have filed a case against him and after 1 week we received our money back to our credit card.
Manager doesn’t have communication skills, how to communicate with customers. He doesn’t know how to process the refund.

Most unprofessional and unfriendly staff I have came across so far. I have been to many Bajaj electronics shops in Hyderabad but never saw such bad customer service and customer interaction. These staff needs proper training on customer interaction so that they can be kind and respectful to the customers

Great experience with the sales executives.. Having enough knowledge about their products.. Best prices and jaw dropping offers.. Must consider if at all anyone is looking to buy the home appliances..

Good place to purchase electronics. I see the price is comparatively better than all its competitors. During the festival season you will see a lot of offers. Not much price difference between online and offline and you can get better deals offline at this store.

Just 2.5 rating... Sometimes I can't find latest market items here and for some, I felt like too much price
