I have had nothing but excellent service here, even before the earlier dry cleaner closed and Fabricspa took over. I'm not sure what could have happened with several other reviewers who gave negative ratings. The front desk always gives me an invoice with the amount I'm to pay when the work is done. And the quality of the work I've had done has been top-notch.

They seem to have pickup and delivery too, something I didn't know until I saw a delivery van parked outside the shop with a number to call for that service.

They quoted me 625 per curtain.. Which costed me 600 to buy.. The pricing is absolutely maniacal.. I gave this to someone else and they did it for 100 bucks.. And did a good job of it

They never clean the clothes. They don’t dryclean, they just wash. If you ask them to redo it; they intend to trouble by repeatedly calling to their shop & not giving the clothes back. Pathetic service.

Fabric Spa Aundh Store - the Attendant on store was very rude and didn't address my complaint. I had given them my Silk Saree for dry clean and ironing. There were lot of wrinkles on saree and not properly done.

Reliable and timely delivery of my shoes. Great job. The shoes were really dirty due to a party I had been to. They cleaned it really good and now I've happy feet! Thank you FabricSpa. 😊

I have been a customer of fabric spa for a long time however they have been extremely unprofessional and rude when they damaged my 2 heavy sarees and claimed that they haven't done it when the sarees were with them in the lockdown period.they were very rude and poor handling my case and didn't accept their mistake.they promised that their managers and management will call me but no response till date since June. I would recommend all the customers to boycott their services .inspite of been an very old customer and using their services extensively they have shown a very unethical and unprofessional attitude.my sarees were completely damaged by them.

Useless! Average quality drycleaning with hefty charges. Rude staff. Express delivery is of no use, They will only charge you more for quick delivery without proper cleaning. Unable to remove small food stains too. Cloths were hardly looking like drycleaned. It was more of just ironing.

Given a saree to dry clean, returned as it was, even food stains not removed. On complaining, took the saree back and never returning. Customer care is not helping. Made excuses and cut the call afterwards .
