Laundromania - Dry Cleaning & Laundry Services

If you use their dry cleaning service then please assume that your cloth will be torn and will be returned in unwearable condition. One thing for sure is that they will do everything possible lie, hide and stop responding to you the moment you try to escalate the issue. The owner Ayushi is the teacher and preacher of this unethical behaviour in the company. They will always respond to all their negative comments by being defensive and instead blaming the customer. Please read these reviews before giving your garment for dry cleaning.

Loved how they cleaned and packed my wedding gown. I was so nervous to give it as it was last moment and delivery was just 2 days before my wedding but the way it was cleaned and also packed with precision and delivered is absolutely wonderful. The staff answered all my questions patiently. Thank you so much

Gave my Michael kors shoes for cleaning. This was my first time cleaning them and they were so dirty that I dint have much expectations. It came out so well and so clean from Laundromania that I can use them again now!

Had given 4 shoes for cleaning out of which 2 (white shoes) were not at all cleaned. The store guys agreed that they were not cleaned as they had clicked pictures of our shoes and they looked the same. The guy working at the store was explaining and literally convincing the lady (his manager) Ayushi, that they are not clean but the manager was like the photos are not clicked properly and blatantly denied all requests for a refund for those 2 shoes. The manager (Ayushi) also said she investigated the issue through the pictures that were sent to her taken before the wash BY HER STAFF and said that the pictures are not a proof for the shoes not being cleaned.
Very bad and pathetic experience.
Will not go again and request others to not go as well.
After all this the manager refunded the amount of rupees 531/-
when the total bill amount was rupees 1859/-
The worst part is the manager on the call was not ready to listen to anything we had to say and also not listening to her own staff who accepted their mistake of the shoes being dirty or not cleaned.
The manager also said that "Aapko joh karna hai woh karlo, hamare taraf se itna hi hoga".

I had the worst experience with laundromania...dont believe their advertisement on website! They damaged our items with strong chemical! Highly unprofessional people beware of their gimmicks and offers!

Was three days late, was not ironed properly, so many stains, refused to pay for it or give it back to waste our time. They then removed the discount that they have given me, saying it was not a bulk order any more, when I was still paying for 5 curtains. When giving the discount no such condition was mentioned. Horrible experience, will never use this service again
