I visited this place with my pet dog for some tests. This place is really well organized and they efficient way of handling things. All the queries are promptly resolved. The staff is very helpful. I woul really take a moment to appreciate the owner, Sanjucta. She was very kind enough to check on the status of the process at every stage. Due to some reason, the blood report was delayed by a day but she made sure to see it gets delivered to me on time. Also, my pet really felt very comfortable at this place. She didn't even panic for a second. Would definitely recommend this place. The staffs are also very well behaved and knowledgeable. Great experience.

One of the fraud lab beaware. I got my 8 years dog routine CBC test and the reports were shocking as the heamoglobin % was very less. I got scared and consulted the Vet who after checking suggested to get it done again from a different lab. The next report has all the parameters normal.

Please stop playing with your customer emotions. Cheating people will not help you retain customers.

People those who have poor idea about any laboratory, only they can make wrong comment on vetlabs. It is a good lab in Kolkata. I am very satisfied and happy. They are also providing authentic report and behavior also good.

Vetlab is the only labs those who are really aware about their responsibility. I trust the labs as one of the Best lab in Kolkata.

Employees are not experienced. I went for blood test and they forget to send me a report. When I visited to doctors clinic. Then I called here and asked them for my report. As well as they damage my dog's leg.when they took blood.
Totally waste of money and services was third class. I want to give them 0 but 0 is not available.

I am an owner of a doberman and a beagle, all types of medical tests of my dogs are done from this lab, the reports are authentic and the technicians are also well equipped with proper knowledge and they know how to handle your loving speechless babies. It is the best veterinary lab in kolkata who provide the best service which one can imagine. Would recommend it to each and every pet owner.
