EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
Do not go if you are time bounded: urgency.
I had an international flight requiring Covid-19 RT PCR test within 48 hours. I had called the Suburban Diagnostics center to confirm the result duration, where they promised me that i will get the result within 24 hours. So i booked my slot and went on time 15 mins earlier. When I reached the centre in bhayander, clinic attendant told me that i will not get the result on time and it might take 48 hours. When I tried to call the centre they didn’t even took my call. I did not excepted this behaviour where travellers are not given priority and have to run here and there. IF THEY CAN’T PROVIDE RESULT IN 24 hours, they shouldn’t do marketing and attract the customers.

My brother's blood sample was collected by Suburban Diagnostics Maxus (Bhayander west, near Flyover) for the COVID-19 test.
We received the results that the test was negative. Then the next day we receive a call from the Municipality that they received a report that my brother is positive for COVID 19.
We tried calling the call center but in vain - we were kept on HOLD there was no response. We went to the pathology center in person, after making us wait for over 2 hours there was no concrete response.
Then in the evening, we get a call from the Suburban main office (in Andheri) that the report provided to us was wrong and my brother is infact positive for COVID.
The repercussion of such a mistake could be enormous. This mistake is just unacceptable to be left unsaid.
