Suburban Diagnostics - Pathology Lab in Thane West (Pride Park, GB Road)

We had our health check up and few tests been done here as our company has tie-up with them. Very professional and polite staff and neat and clean centre. They have equipped with all the new machines required for various tests. Best thing is they create your I'd by registering you on which you can view your soft copy of reports and other health details. They also have parking place for four wheeler & two wheelers. It can easily be identified from the service road.

If we expect better and fast service better not to go here. Despite of prior booking they postponed / Resheduled my sonography test. When asked slots are full. How is it even possible.?? How you confirmed my booking made through mediwheel? Not interesting Right?

Not a very great place if youbwant your health check up to be done on time and in one go. They schedule and reschedule appointments many a times and don't have a female doctor for 2D echo and mammography. I skipped those tests in my full body health checkups only becoz I was not comfortable with male doctor. But the scenario hasn't changed. Also one is made to wait for more than 2 hours only for spirometry test which is part of full body check up package.. not recommended

It's almost take 1 hous 30 min for sonography test even after arrived on time.

Very bad service..doctors were not available for sonography and lung tests

Pathetic customer service guys. Their customer service made me pay for all the individual tests plus one package and taken appointments for the walk in tests. But sent the reports only for the package and forgot to send my samples for the remaining tests. It is a miscommunication their end and when I called their customer service they answered me saying that they are unable to view anything in the system.
And then kept saying that I paid only for the package. How can they do this? They can't even add it up.

The customer service picked up the phone thrice and told me they will arrange a call back in 2 mins but they be er did.
They even cancelled the appointment of a walk in test without my consent and told me that I have cancelled the appointment.
Is this is the customer service provided to the people who are unwell or about to go to a surgery and the customer service team not having the details of the tests after interaction with the customer, then there is no point in having a huge team and branches in the city everywhere and not providing proper service.
Worst ever service.
