Dtdc courier and international services

Dtdc courier office Sitapur are completely wrost employee these person not understand client problem. my courier 3 days late and no hope for delivery in this month. So guys overall if you going to using dtdc courier Service then don't use try another courier Service.

Mind well tonight at 11.16 pm sharing this- Our experience is horrible as we have been sending life saving drugs by this courier but their staff always shamelessly asked to get the same from their office even though only old aged sr.citizens patients stays together and today this has happened again..more so once courier delivery person charged them separately in cash for delivering the life saving drugs at home shamelessly for which I made complaint as well but only false assurances made for returning the same. I have all the recorded communication since beginning..now compelled to take legal action against this courier for all those incidences treating the same as deficiency in service including other appropriate proceedings.

Hello, everyone my courier was damaged when it is opened it happens only once and my package is insured package but we will not get any compensation from the company neither they pick up the phone it was happened once from that date I didn't use there services .
Hello,this is my experience with DTDC courier service.I found a very good service in them.l have sent 6 kg of raw
mangoes from Navi Mumbai on a normal service.The office in CBD Belapur sec 11 informed me that it will be delivered by 10 June but to my surprise it is delivered to the destination today.without any damage.

The tracking of the parcel was also excellent.

I booked a consignment number D8979862 on 24.11.2021 for delivery at 263139. The consignment has been languishing at Haldwani with FDM since 27.11.2021. Repeated reminders and complaints has not resulted any positive outcome. Consignment is at Haldwani Super Franchise since 27.11.2021.
