Very poor service, staff behaviour not good, phone number didn't mention, Fedex service is self service that's mean courier khud jakr picked krna padta hai.... Very delayed service they are courier provide after 20 days ...wo bhi khud jakr lena padta hai...

Why there is no option of rating zero or negative start?? These people deserve zero star.
I am a vendor and I have booked courier and they hsve to pick it from my address. Its been more than 4 days and no one has arrived for pickup. Today when I called the delivery man to collect courier, he denied to come by saying that I haven't got any information tor pickup.
Very pathetic service. I strongly recommend don't use FedEx ever.

My consignment is resting at Gurgaon for last three days and iam suffering a lot,you people deserve a 'C' grade company tag for providing such a world's worst class courier service.
