Without calling for the delivery these people just mention customer not available or incomplete address. Pathetic service

Good behaviour of all employees

If minus rating available I'd like to give it. They not called single time and mark shipment as self pickup and reject.. I think these guys want some treatment.

They would call you and ask, "main yahan khada hun, kahan mudu, daayein ya baayein", even when complete address with two landmarks is given.. they expect to be spoon-fed and expect you to either collect parcel from their location or keep directing them and standing outside of your house on the road for long time

they don't know how to talk, speacially the guy named pradeep, ones i called him ( at working hour), and hi said i am sleeping and come tomorrow,

They didn't even call to for delivery and Mark it as self pickup
Pathetic service

They don't deliver products at home, they call customers to come and take the parcel in the mid way somewhere. Specially this branch for Pin code 230137.

Worst courier service I have seen ever
