DTDC Courier

very poor service.....try to avoid it ..if you want the timely delivery and if you are sending the food items to your dear ones..
this is the second time this franchise have don the mistake that even booking our docket by air they send it through surface..(by train)..
we faced the situation earlier in which all our food items including sweets got spoiled on the way..as it took more than a week to reach bangalore from meerut..
today again they have done the same mistake on the special occassion of diwali...

Worst courier Service. Courier is showing at stuck at same place from last 5 days without any information on delivery. Tried calling the customer care which dont respond.
Person who sent and took the payment found the pincode serviceable and sent.
Destination guys says it not serviceable and cut the phone without any address or phone number for follow up.
I would have rated 0 if their was an option.
Requesting everyone to not use DTDC even if its giving you free of cost delivery.

DTDC is a scam. I booked a package from Meerut to Kanpur with a promised delivery of Tuesday. First of all try tracking on their useless website it takes 15 min to find how to track. The package was nor delivered the guy in Meerut gave me phone no of Kanpur branch instead of trying to resolve it. I kept trying the nos till Thursday morning no answer. I called their customer service and was rudely told that the address in Kanpur is outside their delivery area which was surprising as the address is in the main city in a busy market nonetheless I asked why would you book the package if its outside delivery area no answer they just hung up on me. Finally via google search i found the DTDC hub in Kanpur called them and yelled at them then they sent out for delivery on Thursday while package was sitting with them since Tuesday. Absolute crooks don’t use this company.

Worst service ever...... Not use dtdc courier my courage out for delivery 2 month before not receive till now plz take actions

They don't even pick the call, my package is showing in meerut since last 2 days bht they haven't forward it
