DTDC OFFICE

DTDC gorakhpur office work is very careless and miss behaviourist. They do not provided consignment at proper time.

Building is low from the road height Parking issue. Not clearly visible from the road. Very poor cleaning. I felt like i was visiting a flee market. Atleast DTDC warehouses can maintain a clean place of work for there employees.

DTDC Service is good , behaviour could be better of staff.

One of the worst delivery facilities of the cities, and this being the head office masters the art of misleading customers. Instead of delivering the items they tend to misplace it and make you chase for it to your nearest DTDC office. This has been happening repeatedly but they dont seem to learn.

Not a place with a good repo.delivery accountability, package safety are some real problems here.Once a guy never contacted me, and the courier was lying here for what 5 6 days.I had to go and take the courier myself.pathetic service.Sadly, this is the issue with majority of courier services here.

Place gets a litle difficult to locate if there are vehicles on the curb. Try spotting Mahindra Tractors showroom.
Staff is very friendly, took my query immediately and resolved it within minutes.

While taking the package they will say that they will deliver but at the time of delivery they'll mark your location unserviceable and return the package to sender without informing you.
Worst courier service in India.
Don't recommend at all.

Very poor service and my courier is arrived on 20/08/2021 I am waiting courier last 25/08/2021 but not reach i am going head branch but Maneger say lost your courier.....This courier is very important but Maneger say lost courier. And staff misbehavior.....
