very poor sevice...still living in 90's century need to upgrade as all companies getting digital blue dart also need to go digital..even when we are paying for delivery charges they ask us to collect our parcel from their office disgusting service

I would recommend but unfortunately when there was usual power shutdown there was no battery backup ! Needs to check battery backup every day and get routine maintenance of equipment.

Quick in service and decent in price but what I didn't like is that they ask you to bring your own thermocol and bubble wrap, which is hard to find nearby.

Good safety protocols being adhered to during this pandemic time and special offer/discount on international couriers on the occasion of rakshabandhan is definitely a good gesture to help celebrate the festival :)

Excellent service by Blue Dart here in Lucknow. Staff service and behaviour was excellent.

Most Reckless and Careless Staff and Services.
I have send my laptop with Dhl, From Lucknow to Bangalore, The Executive 'SANDEEP" working there Ensured me that the package will get delivered Safely, I provided him all the Sufficient packaging material he asked me for, but he forgot to Put a Label of "HANDLE WITH CARE' on the Package.
I Asked him Multiple times "did you put the Label of Handle with care, or Fragile on the top of the Box", Which he Forgot. he even forgot to Secure The Edges of My laptop, Never Expected such carelessness from DHL.
Hiring such LUNATICS for the job will ruin your reputation.
There was no Label of 'Fragile Article' or 'Handle with care ' on the Box.
Because of recklessness My laptop is broken from Multiple Points. I am Attaching the Image with the Review, Have a look.
That laptop is worth 50 k. Thanks to the Mr. Sandeep, it is broken in Pieces now. i Will take strict action and i will complain to the top Officials.
