They don't how delivered the parcel , very bad service. They just know how to do fraud and how put customer money in pocket.... And there is guys who delivers in purani abadi and he just made fake sign and keep the parcel ..... And make the online it delivered... But funny thing. He can't find the address there I get many thing from other cuerier services,............. Very bad service and very chutiya staff ..I want to say them just close the currier company and start a frud campany.....................

They don't deliver parcel till your home address. You have to go n collect. I was unaware of that cos of that one of my precious parcel went back to it's origin.

Supervisor behaviour is not good EcomExpress And other branches are better than this to be honest some of the delivery boys are good but supervisor behaviour is very bad please kick him out!
