Blue Dart Express

I ordered a laptop from shoplenovo. Package came to udaipur from delhi via ahemdabad within 1 day but they took almost 4-5 days to send it to banswara. Plus on site it is mentioned that my product is out for delivery from morning 7 o clock .I waited till 6pm and then went to their office asked about my parcel...staff didn't even know about the parcel...clearly out for delivery thing was wrong.. my parcel contained a laptop so parcel was big ...i requested them to deliver it to my place as it was their duty to but they ignored me.. really upset with their service

My parcel was out for delivery but the delivery boy didn't even came to the mentioned address and they updated the status to premises closed while delivering parcel.
The mentioned numbers are also not working. None of your call get connected.
So in all it is a very poor service which never delivers parcel in time.
I request you not to order a product whose delivery partner is bluedart.
I am very dissatisfied with there services.

The Bluedart Courier Service Is Fast And Good For You To Send Any International Courier. But I Have Only One Issue From Him That I Don't Track My Prsl On Any Site.

It is the worst ever Courier service I have ever come across.
The delivery agent never listens even to the operation team and they do update very wrong and false delivery status even when they never attempted the delivery.
The agent in Banswara should give away this blue dart services chain that he has taken.

They don't deliver parcel at address! I recived messages for 4-5 days that your parcel will be delivered today but delivery boy didn't even called once ! And after 6 days they updated status to item delivered ! And I have not recived my parcel!

Worst experience, they delay our deliveries without any reason, there isn't any communication, I really think that some strict action needs to be taken against it.

Very bad service they are providing...not Recieved my parcel yet..it was dispatched before 7 days...pathetic people also they don't even care about customer.

The person in charge did not spoke well...had to visit twice for the courier... did not deliver it to the address
