Very unprofessional and worst service. Staff and agency holder in Sikar always misbehave with customers and charge higher charges than defined. Apart from that in case of delivery they prefer to call the customer to come for delivery rather than home delivery as promised.

Completely thirdclass service, i have couriered a birthday gift item on 21 July, 2022 for jodhpur (borunda). And its not delivered after 11days.

They waits, that party itself approch them and take article from their office. So that no expenses to the courier for delivery of articles.
