Worst kind of service ever, they don't call you or send a message for that the item is going to deliver by the xyz person and his mobile number is this. And they delivered a broken screen TV that I ordered now have to face meny problem to get a replacement

Fraudsters..
These people won't even call you a single time if there is something wrong with the address...

Bdw even though they haven't come to my address they mentioned

Worst Courier Service...

Below average service. Unprofessional staff. The lady at the front desk is useless as a employee and hopeless as a professional. It took her 29 minutes to figure out which form needs to be filled to send a passport. I booked the courier at 10 am, till the evening I was unable to track the item using the waybill number. Later in the evening it appeared on tracking, showing as the parcel is booked at 8 pm. Not sure where was my courier for initial 10 hours. I seriously failed to understand why a document will take 4 Days to reach Kolkata, for which they charge ₹400.

This Branch is hopeless. The lady in front desk will misguide you to charge double the charge. The lady at the front desk is useless as a employee and hopeless as a professional. She does not have much idea about the pricing. Not sure same packet she asked me to pay 3000 but I sent the same one from Sati Chaura Branch where they sent it in 1350 rupees. Worst service. Please go to Sati Chaura Branch. They are excellent in handling customer.

The service was fast and the pickup service is good.

If you are sending some important documents, choose their critical service. They keep the words they say. On time, safe delivery of your parcel in desired location is guaranteed. I am very much satisfied with their service.

Third class customer service (On call) but mails are getting replied appropriately. The main fault is the delivery executive do not call you neither informs you by any means but directly mark the shipment as delivered to fulfill their target. They either deliver it next day or some other day.
