Ekart logistics

Worst service and worst behaviour by staff by ekart in Akola. I ordered an item and they called me to take it from a square 1km away from delivery address. I asked their employee what's the purpose of home delivery if you want me to come and take ? On this employee said to take it from office. I said this is very unprofessional and cancel the item instead. He said go ahead and cancel it.
This has happened with many of my friends whose item was delivered with ekart.
While go javas courier service delivered at my door step without any complaint. I have complaint to ekart and flipkart previously. Still no change after 2 years.
Please note I have nothing against ekart as a company. I found their services very good in other cities like Mumbai and pune except Akola.
I ask all sellers to take note and don't send your products by ekart in Akola city.

Ekart Logistic is a logistics service offered by Flipkart whatever you order from Flipkart gets delivered here for example if you order a product in Akola it gets usually delivered within 4 to 5 days I always order from Flipkart Flipkart is a very good website and card delivery Flipkart product fast and in safe packaging thank you

Very disappointing service..🙁 This service does not deserve to be called home delivery service. This service has returned my courier many times. I suggest you.. You must correct a mistake in your service

Last 5 days I'm disturb about your service because everyday I call to wish master for pick up my parcel he said it's not my area I can't come flipkart said he's responsible to take this but he's don't very disappointed very bad service give by ekart Akola
