The parcel we ordered did not arrive. Bad service

Even 4 days sent the courier from Ambernath to Dhule but not able to deliver after 4 days.. franchise has been lock the branch office and went to home for the lunch,

Need to improve the services

Very Bad Service Parcel take Much Time than Regular and also They Keep Parcel in there office or Store for more than 3-4 days Didn't send fast and it takes approx 7-8 days for delivery interstate and outer it takes 12-14 days not much satisfied Service i Prefer other but not this dtdc Service

Unprofessional attitude by the branch, unnecessary delay in delivery, however DTDC company customer service is very good.

Its good but location wasnt added in google map so to find it is very hard

Very disappointed with the service even I need to visit office to get my parcel.
