Bluedart is premium courier service provider adn charges are bit higher because of good service. but few office staff member/delivery boys behave rude with you. Their staff doesnt care for service. Owner need to work on their employees behavior towards customers.

Service not good, can't even find parcel present in room itself!

Everytime I received parcel From bluedart,
Valsad bluedart agent call me and advice to pickup the parcel From office, everytime they refused to deliver package to my Home adress, that's very disappointing, what a meaning of this, I'm very unhappy about your services in Valsad area, do needful for this.
Worst service

Blue dart express ltd. Provides best service to customers,goods are deliver on time to the customer and also the parcel which we curiour is delivered on time

Courier Guys are hopeless
They never call and redirected or returned packages by themselves
They are delivering at 500 meters far from my place but not delivering at my place, said ‘ service not available in my area ‘.
I don’t recommend Blue Dart.
I will never going to use Blue Dart , unless they improve their service and be more sensible towards their customers.
So blue dart hast to earn trust.

Third class service provide by Blue Dart Valsad branch.
They did not try to deliver courier, Still wait for my courier from last 3 days..

Worst service in Valsad-Gujarat, not even try to deliver your package and send the false message that the house is closed. I have got 2 time experience.

Worst shipping company to ship with. My order got shipped and delivered to their office on 7th October but isn't delivered yet. They called and said we have so much work load we will deliver at 10 Pm night. I said okay. But didn't happen. Today again they said they will deliver by evening and still no delivery. Pathetic service.
