Very Unprofessional & no Contact details to connect or to ask the status of the parcel.....
My parcel has arrived on 24th may still not delivered looks like they are next level busy......

Such bkwas delivery very unprofessional even they don’t deliver on time and such unprofessional person mostly delayed parcel and their employees even don’t know what they are doing

Delhivery u have no future as ilu don't know what customer delight means. Ridiculous service, brands ship & their products on/before time but it's u guys who ruin their process.
I've ordered so many items from different portals but wherever delivery partner is Delhivery, I've always face delays in delivery. What do u do with our products by keeping with with u?.. don't u understand that customers are eagerly waiting for their products.

No contact no of branch also no contact no delivery boy , Delivery will be attempted again as our executive was unable to reach you but no body call for currier delivery also they are showing in their system address change as per request but i not requested for change of address

Worst courier service ever. Liars. They mismatched my parcel with other parcels and kept it on hold for more than a month. I would never recommend their service to anyone.

One month my order not deliver to me, and I complen to customer service so my order return, not inform to me.

Out for delivery but not delivered. No contact number of the courier guy. No body calls you up. No customer support service. If there is any word worst than pathetic than it's for delhivery. Keep up the bad job and soon you will vanish.

I wish there was a negative rating system also. I would have given them max minus rating.

Very poor service. Since past 4 days my consignment is with them and they are not delivering it. Daily they keep on rescheduling it. There is no customer care system where we can contact them.
