If ECom Express Promise Me That They Will Deliever Product in 6 Days, Produxt Will Be Reaching My Home in Only 2-3 Days. So That Improve Your Speed

Very verst service provided by this company. As my order received at their center today morning and they have not delivered to me on the same day and also they update the status that i am not contactable so they will deliver product on next day. Which kind of service they are offering?????? This is one of the worst service i have seen.
