DTDC COURIER FRANCHISE

As per tracker, The parcel was out from destination(Mathura) on 25.06.22, it shows parcel arrived at Ahmedabad, Vapi, back to Delhi all on same day i.e 30.06.22. Today(08.07.22), after numerous follow-ups with the source centre(Mathura)-it is still out for delivery, we called up the source bcoz they were the one's answering calls, whereas Vapi branch no. is switched off. God knows where is this parcel out for delivery; hopefully not to Mars.

NOT A SINGLE PERSON TAKE RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE PROPER UPDATE AND NO CONTACT NUMBER ARE PROVIDED FOR LOCAL DISTRIBUTORS AND SOME HOW U MANAGE TO CONTACT SO THEY ANSWER IT IS BOOKING CENTER.

No any person responsible for update to our parcel , vary bad service .

Bad handling even after proper packing.
Received in damaged condition and after complaint they said "gali dedo lekin kuch nai hoga"

Please don't use DTDC ..use others.

This place was a absolute nightmare rude staff, doesn't take care of your package even if it has the instructions on it due to them i got a broken package. Just choose this company if you do not care about customer or anyone. It was a idol yet they were doing something like pakoda party over it.

Very useful and friendly staff, always say to proper details, best courier office in vapi.
