Very bad service because not delivered on time and if we called for delivery than ask for money as a shipping charges. And must be sure if you're product showing blue dart delivery so do not order any item because already product taking shipping charges and after that blue dart also ask for money

Fake reason of delivery failure.
I was at home 2 days waiting for parcel but both days no one came to deliver the package, no calls from bluedart delivery person.
Reason of failure : Premises closed

Very bad service, no on time delivery and customer care call also not going on, they charge for call still call not going on....Very very bad service....

I gave one star because it is required for review otherwise it is 0 stars. There is no customer service. Very bad delivery. My order is stuck for long time for some reason and there is zero response/contact from them. Not just here but anywhere, "If you have option then don't ever use BlueDart." They don't even have proper mode of communication for your queries.

Delivery date was given 13 Oct Thursday, after complain on friday than on Saturday,
on Saturday they said with priority will deliver on 16 October today it's monday 17 no delivery. And they are updating from friday with wrong message of delivery failed, premise closed what rubbish. Even after complaints no improvement seen.

Very bad service and not receiving calls also.
Please don't waste money to order from bluedart

Very poor service... always late delivery and many times they don't visit but update customer not available/ refused delivery... hopeless people

Worst service ever still not received my parcel.
