Wrost service even I seen from a courier. They don't even sent home delivery even not sent to bank, directly sent back to original with knowing anymore.. And communicated is like illiterate person...

They don't deliver on doorstep. You have to collect from branch. Worst courier service !

They don't deliver on your door step. You have to pick up from there. That is a huge minus point. I hope if they are reading this comment, they will work on it. Otherwise the owner has pleasent behaviour.

Staff behaviour is not good.. that chasma wala boy is Very rude in behaviour ill mannered totally unprofessional don't even know how to talk with customer's damaging the reputation of blue dart
They don't deserve 4.3 *** very poor in service comparision to other courier service

Hold on, hold on!! you might be new in this business can you kindly throw up some light whose responsibility does it takes to paste up the cello tape and wrap up the envelope from each and every corner protecting the pracel from getting being damaged. If you deny from the fact no issue let me directly ask the company blue dart. For my better knowledge packing up a parcel is not their part of work/ duty and they don't take up the responsibilty if the product get damaged

And as customer I see nothing wrong in asking every short details in fact its the duty of a service provider to ask the customer to provide their contact no.. and I am totally aware of the fact that this guy finds very hard in answering those question

If I had known earlier never ever I would have visited those worst service provider
Such ill mannered person I have never come upto

But any way the cordial behaviour of other courier service provider is very satisfying they packed my parcel from every corner because they are conscious and they understand their responsibility to protect the parcel from getting being damaged..
I am truly glad towards them
