I could find by tracking the number that they had returned goods as "consignee could not found'-the irony is that we are century old firm known by everybody, only the courier company couldn't 'find us ..how ridiculous..

Too much negligence and lazy stuff.. worst and pathetic service. my parcel reached 2 days ago on thier office but still they didn't delivered it on my adress. Even they didn't try to contact me after that i collect my parcel from their office.

They don't deliver the curior and rather ask u to collect the package from thier office.. They have changed their location from the location currently there in the Google map.. I somehow found thier new office location.. i came here at 10 30 am still their office is closed they have not opend for the day.. my parcel reached thier office yesterday evening yet they didn't not update it in thier server (tracking server) till now.. if u call thier office they never pick up or the number doesn't work most of the time.. worst curior service in karimganj.. please report them and do not do any kind of business with them...
