Worst service at Nalbari by them.. They don't contact the customer for delivery.. Apni man marji karte he Wo log.. Product deliver nhi Karte simple address pe.. Parcel wo log apne aap return Kar dete he without the consent of customer.. Aur blame customer pe dete he ki hamne return bheja he.. More then 5 times I had to collect the parcel from their office as they refused to deliver

They return the parcel without contacting the recipient. Worst ever service by any courier service provider in Assam. Whereas Ecom are doing an excellent delivery in the interior parts of the district

Parcel already reached in their office, but they are not delivering it to me and wrote update that I have requested for a delay. Without asking me they updated that. Worst courier service in nalbari.

Delivery logistics courier service very poor. No contact delivery. No given delivery boy phone number from product arrived massage.
