DTDC Bilasipara

It is the good office for them maybe but my opinion is their service is very poor like they sometimes did not deliver s the product s at home.

Waste of time its a very poor service station ye log ko delivery dena ata hi nehi bekar hay they are brain less ye service hum logo ka sard dard hay future may bohot kharab hone wala hay customers ki dnt deliver to this station

Service is okay👌 but sometime they don't deliver parcel at home rather call to get that from their office. By the way the staffs are very good in terms of behavior..

What is the problem to deliver items to the address? why calling and asking to collect from DTDC office? you are not following DTDC guidance I will do my best to let the DTDC authority to know your cheating customer business. While shipping it was clear instructions that it will deliver to your home address. but which is not happening in that particular place. please don't spoil DTDC reputation.

Its a notorious place.. no one in giving lame excuses.. always refuses to deliver at home always blackmails its customers to receive it on his own..

DTDC is best courier service but Bilasipara DTDC office staff is not responding any consumer.
