A full 5 stars for this place and the people running this place, they have definitely given a lot of thought about the forest environment.
The houses are made out of mud and are very clean. All the basic amenities like A/C , hot water, kettle are provided.
The staff here are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

This jungle camp is excellent! I stayed here for 2 days in the mud house named sparrow! The houses are named after local and popular birds! The "chaupal" or common sitting/dining area made with all jungle sourced items is a well conceived design. Two mud houses have verandah overlooking the "Khichdi" river flowing with serene sound! The food is Excellent. Staff are well behaved! Would like to stay again!

Very beautiful place to visit. One of the best places if you want to enjoy the lap of mother nature. The rooms were also big and awesome with river flowing in front of it. The whole camp premises are great to walk and enjoy with exotic plants and trees. Food was amazing. The staff was very supportive and informative.

Great experience. One of the best places in Corbett to enjoy sustainable and responsible tourism. This place will give you all together a new prospective on how to travel in an offbeat way. Great hosts. Do go for forest walks. Thanks a lot Naveen and Shekhar. All the best. . .

Very few properties have the calibre of impacting your travel. Camp Hornbill is one of them. They truly change the perspective of your travel with the focus being on co-existence & sustainable and responsible tourism.

It was great to revisit this property and we are so happy to say they didn't deviate a bit from their ethos from when they started.

Super job guys ..

Keep rocking ...

This is the experience you don't want to miss out on. Very unique and earthy peaceful feeling.
Have their Chai and pakora on the patio in tye evening. Lush greenery, a little pond,
Clay house architecture, with central meeting space. They provide you with great hospitality, and help.

They definitely need to update their photos on the website because they don't do justice for what that place is like. They offer you great food, fun activities in the forest (hiking, biking, birdwatching etc, they should mention this in the description too)

We had a safari booking at 6am, and the staff made sure we had Chai at 5am when we are supposed to leave.

I would suggest atleast 3 night stay there, felt a little cut short for me.
Most importantly, they support ECO TOURISM. They hire local workers, buy as locally grown food as possible and supports local economy.

Camp Hornbill is a dream. Whatever I say for it, it'll be less. They organize everything in such a way, that anyone will love it. We were 5 people and stayed in mud houses. All the houses were attached with room heater, geyser which is very important in winter even though I call it luxury in that location. The camp is located in pawalgad range of corbett National park and there is river just beside the camp. The entrance to the camp is pure corbett jungle. Roads to the camp is a safari, is itself an adventure. They organize lot of adventure activities like bird watching, hill climbing, nature walking, cycling, safari... We did safari and nature walk. Worth every penny. If you're thinking to stay in corbett and want have a lifetime experience stay here undoubtedly. And make sure you stay here for at least 2 days.
