Dell Exclusive Store - Katpadi

We approached them for a dell laptop service. They redirect it to a third-party shop where they charge enormously!! It seems both shops are runed by same person. Disgusting customer interaction and handling. Better to approach some real authentic store than this partially authentic.

Hey guys, I am Joe currently pursuing my MBA from IIM Kozhikode. I bought a dell laptop here a year back. While buying the sales guy said we would be provided all kinds of support, home support in case any issue arises. After one month of purchase, I encountered display issues and when I asked him.

They were irresponsible to an extent to even respond my queries and diverted me to a service centre in Chennai. They don’t even care for their customers after they close their sales.

Please don’t buy laptops from this shop. One of the worst experiences in my lifetime. Kindly avoid visiting this shop.

I bought my First Laptop here under my name!!! It is situated near Chittoor Bus Stand,Vellore opposite to Bharat Petrol bunk and near to Eat Me Crazy Shop!! The Staffs were very kind enough to describe me everything about the Laptop even though I know the detailed Specifications. They are Authorised dealer and if you are planning to buy it you can prefer this Shop rather than buying it online. A wide range of Dell Laptops, Desktop, Dell accessories can be bought here!!!
