Rude behaviour towards coustomers especially for repair or service
Avoid visiting this store. They steal my mother board and replaced with a duplicate and charged unreasonable high price. This is my fault i visited to this shop.now i lost my laptop and Money. .and time (they took 3 weeks)
so my suggestion is do not visit this shop. Better to go a brand authorised service centre.

Go to genuine repair shop if u want to save ur laptop or computer or printer.

I want to share my real and honest experience.
they just charge higher than any other store in this district and behaviour of repair staff is rude. they are not experience enough to detect your laptop or computer problems they just want to sold their old stock by fooling you like if u say my pc keyboard not working they will tell you add a Hard disk ,add 8gb ram..take our new speaker,add ssd 128 512 gb or replace your mother board or buy our new laptop...etc.which is unnecessary i personallly cross checked it with other stores.

I have been regreting going there..after service is worst and frustrating....
This my honest review if u don't believe just visit their store and compare with other stores nearby his store u will found a lot of price and quality difference..

This is my duty as a honest citizens to protect my friends from falling their trap .so i am writing such long answers..thank u

Very bad behaviour towards coustomers.

They are the master of cheater i bought a hp laptop recently priced at 56000. They made a bill of 58300 and made a Bajaj loan of 59990..can u imagine this.
Also didn't even give the free back pack . The problem didn't end here ..within 4 month my laptop shows hardware problem... instead of free repairing they charged 3500 rupees and delay the service nearly 18 days....i mean what the hell. Very rude behaviour when u will go for repair.

so visit and buy at your own risk..they might stole some original computer parts infront of u even u can't notice .

These people are the cheaters group of this area.
i am teacher of JAJPUR JILLA SCHOOL.recently one of my students wanted to buy a laptop with reasonable price..as their parents are not aware of computer and laptop, so i took him to this s com computer.
I have a little knowledge about computer ,so i asked them to give a good laptop suitable for school children .
They sold me a second hand refurbished laptop with new sticker and took 39000 and after few days (12 days) laptop stops functioning so i took it to dell care bhubaneswar and they said it is a fake laptop not a dell laptop.some sort of Chinese laptop.they said seller cheated you.

Can anyone believe this they cheated a school boy and duped 39000..Now the school boy is crying..what can i do.i regret taking my students to this store.

Please i request you not to go this store.

I am a Doctor i work at a government hospital for 6 7 hours. recently my laptop had some minor issues so i visited this scom communication store they said it take 2 3 hour time to repair ur software issues,when i went there after my duty they replaced my battery with a duplicate battery and argued with me.and when i checked all my patients and personal files were missing.
Later i found they they sold my patients files and their details to a private hospitals now they called poor helpless patients to admit their private hospitals..

This is so bad..i cant imagine how this people can do with their coustomer for some sake of money...
This is disgusting and inhuman anti-social behaviour towards coustomers.

Now i will file a police complaint against them.

Best place to buy and repair systems,laptops and other accessories in Jajpur.
Staffs are really supportive and down-to-earth.
