ମୋର HP P1007 Printer ଖରାପ ଥିଲା। ମୁଁ ରାୟଗଡ଼ା ର ଅନେକ Computer service center ରେ Printer ଟିକୁ ତିଆରି କରିବାପାଇଁ ଦେଲି ଆଉ ତାର servicing charge Rs. 1000-1500 ହେବ ବୋଲି କହିଲେ କିନ୍ତୁ ସେମାନେ ଗୋଟେ ମାସ ମୋର Printer ଟିକୁ ରଖିଲେ। ପୁଣି ମୁଁ ଯେତେବେଳେ ସେହି ଦୋକାନକୁ ଗଲି ସେ କହିଲେ ଯେ ଏଇଠି କେହି Printer ତିଆରି କରିପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ। ଆଉ କହିଲେ ଯେ Printer ଟିକୁ ବିଶାଖାପାଟଣା, ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବର ପଠେଇବାକୁ ପଡ଼ିବ। ଏହା ପରେ ମୁଁ Internet ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ Search କରି Arun Infotech ପାଇଲି। ମୋର Printer ଟିକୁ ସେହି Arun Infotech କୁ ଦେଲି ଏବଂ ସେ କେବଳ ଗୋଟେ ଘଣ୍ଟ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପୁରାପୁରି ଠିକ୍ ଭାବରେ ତିଆରି କରିଦେଲେ। ସେ ମୋ ଠାରୁ କେବଳ 100 ଟଙ୍କା ହିଁ Servicing charge ନେଲେ। ଏହାପରେ ମୁଁ ବହୁତ ଖୁସିରେ ନାଚିଉଠିଲି। ମୋର ଅନ୍ୟ ଭାଇ ବନ୍ଧୁ ମାନଙ୍କୁ କହୁଛି ଯେ, ଆପଣମାନଙ୍କର କୌଣସି Computer, Laptop, Printer ଇତ୍ୟାଦି Servicing କରିବାପାଇଁ Arun Infotech ଯାଆନ୍ତୁ। Rayagada ର ଅନ୍ୟ କୌଣସି Service center ଯାଇ ନିଜର ଟଙ୍କା ଏବଂ ମୂଲ୍ୟବାନ ସମୟ ନଷ୍ଟ କରନ୍ତୁ ନାହିଁ। ବହୁତ ବହୁତ ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ Arun ଭାଇ। ଏମିତି ଆମକୁ ଜୀବନସାରା Service ଦେଉଥାଆନ୍ତୁ।

I'd like to give a huge thumbs up / high five to Arun and Arun Infotech for being 100% straight forward and fair with me regarding a printer repair. I use my Canon LBP 2900B for office documents printing, which have started to look faded with lines. After reading and trying all the online help things I gave up and took it to Arun Infotech, Rayagada. After 3 days I got my printer back and for just Rs. 300. It was printing like the day I got... Impressed! Arun you deserves 6 star man.

Very nice n fast service and owner expertise and behavior is good. My laptop was hanging very much and he rectified it after identifying the prblm accurately in nominal charges and delivery is very fast. Now my laptop is buttery smooth. Really recommended for everyone for computer/it rltd solution.
