I purchased a Dell Inspiron i5 512 GB. Mr. Sujeesh was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable about the product.

Surprised to learn that the Dell Retail stores had the latest version of some of the laptops, as compared to Dell's online store. I was looking for a 12 gen laptop and on contacting Dell's online customer service, they never mentioned this fact. So just by chance I called their authorised sales outlet in Panampilly Nagar and was pleasantly surprised to know they had in stock the New Inspiron 16" i7 touch model. The sales in-charge - Sujeesh, attended my call and confirmed that the latest i7 with touch is available and got a quote from him. Thought of calling the other 2 outlets and got a lower quote from one of the other outlets.. Since I called the Panampilly Nagar outlet first, thought of informing them that there is a price difference and that I will be buying from the other outlet. Sujeesh said he will check with their main office to see if the price can be matched. Sujeesh called back after 10 minutes to confirm the price match. On confirmation visited the outlet and placed the order. The laptop is not stocked in the outlet premises, so you have to wait at least 20 minutes to get the laptop in the outlet. Sujeesh was quick in setting up the laptop and patiently explained all the aspects of setting up. Now waiting for the email to upgrade the warranty to another 2 years.
Tip- always check the final price of the Dell product from other Dell authorised outlets and on Dell online, before finalising the price.

Wonderful experience in selecting Laptop. Since I need a fully linux compatible laptop Mr.Sujeesh helped me in testing the compatibility before purchasing on demo systems which helped me to purchase confidently.
