Good service....but we dont get enough acessories in a gud discount rate

It's just okey but product display are not available so we were not able to see product before purchase

It's a good place , you can get third party replacements or dell certified replacements at this shop.
It was an overall good experience for me , the repairs were swift and good. I will be giving more of this place in another review.

I bought Dell inspiron 5515 R5 5500U 8 GB / 512 SSD / radeon graphics / w11 + mso. Within a day they provide laptop, which the specification I required. They have good staffs and great customer service.

I had bought a Dell laptop from here.Just after 2 months of use, the mouse of laptop stopped working. When I took the laptop to them,they said that it was because the updates were not done and that the laptop had no defect.After updates,there was no difference.I took the laptop again to them.They said that the defect could be of the keyboard and adviced me to take the laptop to thiruvalla service centre instead of repairing it themselves. Thiruvalla service centre people changed the keyboard and it was working fine for 2-3 months. Now again the mouse is not working
I had a bad experience buying products from here. If you are buying anything from here,make sure that you are not buying a defective product.
