The fair that is called the Church Mela is held in the winter from 25th December. Every year during Christmas a big fair is organised here. Many types of riding, food, dress, cosmetic, electronics and handcraft shops are available here in this time. Many people from many places comes here. Inside the Church the environment makes mind peaceful. Must visit.

This church and its surroundings are quite quiet. The environment gives you good vibes. You can go to pray. And one of the largest and longest fairs in Medinipur held here every year is the Church Fair, which runs from 25th December to 1st January.

Nice place. I generally visit here in every December. From 25th Dec a very famous mela is held here, commonly it known as Church Mela.

Environment is peaceful and open but during 25th December to 1st January a large carnival or fair happens with huge gathering and fanfare.
