Good stuff

This is not the only business of the owner. He doesn't listen to enquiries if he is busy with other business. He doesn't seem to own any car himself and only runs an intermediatory business. It's full waste of time to even bother to contact this Rental Car Service.

Ideal care rental response is very poor they don't listen the customer then how you guys get the business when someone calls you two three times and you don't listen what is the requirements they have you can't handle and group as in the service industry if you want to grow business then you have to respond even for the inquires only .

Sorry I had call you three 3 - 4 time as I want 84 cabs on rent but you didn't even listen what is my requirement.
Sorry to say but this immediately click my mind this company is not able to do the business with me atleast.

So bad behaviour on phone. The don't no how to provide good sarvice on customer. I don't know why they are give phone number. Most unsatisfied service before car booking . When you car booked then God knows what is their behaviour. My humble request please do not book any car on this centre.
