Kings Travels

Based on their reviews on online sites we booked Kings Travel for our Bhutan trip. We were four girls and this was our first trip which was way far then we usually travel. Considering a traveler I will always look after few basic things from my Travel agency that is Quick response, Honesty is the best policy and punctuality. I had my Itinerary shared with Swarupji from Kings Travel. He was very polite and humble to respond my queries. There rates are very reasonable and not too high like out of pocket margin. We started our journey from 9th of August 2017 till 17th of August 2017. We were safely picked up from the Bagdogra Airport and the driver made us reach Phuentsholing Hotel before the sunset.
We also came across a very genuine person Laltu bhayya (Bhutan driver) who was very polite and a good heart man. Keeping in mind that we are girls he was very conservative towards us and even use to listen to our stupid idiotic talks during the travel. On the day of Tiger nest trekking, we girls reached down so late that after dropping us in the hotel it was too late that he was unable to go back home and due to which it made him stay in the car the whole freezing night but he didn't argue a word with us (but that doesn't mean that we will misuse his innosense). Even our Gangtok driver was very respectful and humble. Whenever we had any confusion with the cars or any related travelling things our calls were promptly answered by the Travel Agency. Its a 100% yes to the Kings Travel Agency, they are Quick, Reasonable and a minute away for the help. If you are looking for something like this do avail there business.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Excellent service in Gangtok, Darjeeling and Bhutan. We reserve five Innova car for 15 days during the month of May 2018 in advance for our tourists. Kings Travels service is excellent for our whole tour. Quality of car, drivers behavior and reporting time is very good, we are fully satisfied with their service. The car was good and on time. But the driver allotted was arrogant and conjuse. He made us walk kms with kids saying one way traffic or other reasons. The travels said no extra charges like toll gates and parking at the time of booking but collected parking fee from us. He was impolite and forced us to come early at every site. Better to avoid the travels or ask for a driver who goes according to us. Overall bad experience

Worst Experience, provided with lousy cabs during the trip. Inspite of complaining to them regarding the quality of cab provided for trip to Pelling, no action was taken. We were provided with 13 year old Innova which had bad suspension and the seating was horrible. People sitting in the last seat ended up having lot of back pain. As the amounts were paid upfront there is hardly anything we could do and were helpless but to travel in the same cab to Bagdogra airport from Pelling.

Very good service in our recent tours at Gangtok, Darjeeling & Bhutan.
