Don't book this cab service....owner shashank sharma is a very greedy person...we book a cab on 14 jan 2017 from joshimath to mussoorie ...but he choose a shortcut and risky path chamba-dhanulti path which is sleepery due to early 8 jan. 2017 snowfall instead of choosing little bit long but safe rishikesh-dehradun path...also his driver quit in the midway and take a U-turn ...so we had to back at rishikesh in the evening after a very long journey and we can't go mussoorie on this trip only because of owner shashank sharma's greediness for money and lack of knowledge about path conditions ...also he didn't give us our money and didn't fulfill his commitments.....also he give his personal car not a taxi no. For the passenger..so that he can save more money....he took all money in advance from us and then didn't listen us....on that day we stuck and travel for 18 hours because of him which is only 11 hours journey if he choose a right path..again don't book this cab service...he give DL10CB6788 his personal car for the taxi purpose...And Rishikesh car rental service and car rental service Rishikesh are sam

This company totally unprofessional. We booked one car for our clients . Our clients informed/complaint us the driver is always smoking, drinking alcohal and eating gutakha all the times. When they complaint driver was fighting and abusing with them. We called the owner also and his response is very bad and even he said, my driver will leave them any where in the mountain. Never ever used this company....they keep the money and don't care out customer.

I don’t even feel like giving this company any review but I am writing my experience so that each and every person can be alerted before even calling them. I was at Rishikesh and wanted to go to Kedarnath so I called him and asked him to send me a car for kedarnath at the agreed price of ₹16000 around 10:00 am. I have been calling him since then in every 15-20 mins and everytime he just gave me excuses such as there is alot if traffic jam due to which the driver is getting late but he has left to pick you up and is somewhere around triveni ghat, somewhere around ram jhula. Everytime he just gave excuses and made me wait till 13:30. I even messaged him to send me the car details. There was only manipulation from his side. Being in Rishikesh, he does something like this with his customers is pure shame on him and his company. I even have the screenshots and call recordings of the telephonic conversation. Next time onwards, its a request to all of you to just boycott him and his company so he should know the meaning of Karma. Not even fit for 1 star. Shameless man
