Very good service, great price and a fantastic holiday. Mr. Akram spoke to was very helpful and organised champagne for my wife's birthday on arrival with a complementary upgrade. it was a beautiful hotel in the perfect location that we requested. I had a terrible experience with their driver! There was some issue between the agency and the driver. They did not send the driver whom they had communicated will be with us. The new driver had no knowledge of the roads, did not follow any of the instructions. While coming back, the driver was not paid by them and hence he stopped the vehicle and said that he will not proceed till he receives payment from the travel agency-he just left the travellers in a fix! The car too broke down on 3 occasions in a 4 day trip. Never use their service

The trip was very good. We enjoyed more because of our driver Mr. Kal ash, who was very spontaneous, natural with good knowledge about the places. His is a good driver with good driving skills.
