The Car Service attended should know all our needs with expertise. Our driver, arrived early, had a sparkling clean car and was able to advise us on restaurants, sights and with great knowledge of the city. In fact, we were so pleased with the service, we booked him again for a second wonderful day in Odisha . We highly recommend.

There's no waiting room or a place to sit or any place to eat near this. Absolutely not a place to be at if you have to wait for a few hours.

I hired cab from car rental during my visit from Odisha to Puri. They take money beforehand, after that in the cab they started torture that cab will go only limited KM in the money given whereas we agreed initially that cab will take me from Odisha to Puri and return. In a nutshell, they are big time thief.

I had booked a cab from terminal 1 to Railway station today and I had paid Rs.300 for that to this agent(even this also very high compared byo ola/Uber maximum Rs.200)... when I requested to reach at Platform No.6 quickly as my train departure time was very near and about the leave then driver Named Mohan know that my critical situation and started black mailing that I can drop you at near platform No.6 then if you give me extra Rs.100(That means total Rs.400) Terminal 1 to Master Canteen i.e Near Platform No.1 is about 5 km. and Terminal 1 to Platform No.6 is also 5 km but that driver Named Mohan blackmailed me as he knows that I have to catch my Train anyhow and that's time time I also felt that I have to pay extra charge if I have to catch train....after given extra charges I called to T1 Office which I was booked my cab the I surprised to heard his statement also and he said me that 'Sir you were wrong as you didn't mentioned the old railway station and I immediately replied that then what are you going to say? You have never mentioned the old and new railway station and all are same distance....and then he didn't said anything...
So after after analysing all ,I am going to consumer as I know today as how this private car travellers looting public... I have bill and all that conversation held with driver and I am going to present in consumer Court....
