Cars are in good condition, staff is good, great experience with zoomcar, we booked eco sport but as it was not available they provided us new creta for same price 😀.

Zoomcar must improve their customer service a lot.
We made a booking of 2 days, upon reaching the pickup point we see car’s condition was very bad.
When you call their customer service, you’ll be put on hold for for hours!

1. Car was handed over 90 minutes later than scheduled time. 2. Was made to walk 700 meters only to find no vehicle at designated pick-up point. 3. At the time of delayed pick-up, car odometer actual reading was more than 7000km while booking details showed less than 4000 km. 4. Car was full of dust at the time of pick-up. Avoid zoom car if you have expectations of good quality car and service.

Pathetic service and cars that aren’t maintained. Zoomcar at Bhubaneswar was the last time i availed their service. Deleting the app.
Lots of people were waiting for someone to hand over the car keys. There was nobody around to help. All cars were unattended.

Car was delivered in poor condition..all 4 tyres were worn out completely, didn't have pressure too. Fastag was non functional and we were stuck in cash queues multiple times. Customer care said they'll replace the car but never got back

Four stars ✨ for convenience and process. One star less for the poorly maintained parking site, no zoom car branding on the car, absence of prior info. about speed limit being fixed at 80kmph and tight clutch. Special mention should be made of the executive who was present on the day of my pickup.

Ok wish experience. Booked an ecosport got a Verna , it developed a battery problem which I got repaired for 700/- , didn’t get reimbursed for it but on the other hand excess diesel cost was refunded instantly. This parking space is difficult to find in Bhubaneswar, other than that full marks for convenience.
