It was an amazing experience and highly recommended with STS Goa as the delivery was very smooth. Special thanks to Rosario who was on time for delivery and return of car. Just to clear booking amount will be non refundable if u cancel the booking. They will ask you to create video and take photos at the time of delivery which I feel is very important for smooth transition. Also car was very clean and well serviced. It has given a mileage if 18 kmpl which is very good.

Rented car from STS Goa Self Drive Car Rentals. Had used the service before as well. The staff is extremely cordial and prompt in providing the service. The cars are in good condition and well maintained. The cost is also reasonable. They have wide variety of cars. Highly recommend STS Goa if you are willing to rent four wheelers in Goa.

It was my first experience of renting self drive car in India. Though Goa has several options, but many of them were not responding properly or they have limited options. I found STS from Google and I got very good response on call from Rosario. We booked New Breeza Automatic. The pick up and drop at railway station was peaceful and well communicated. The car was clean and maintained in very good condition. Overall excellent experience and very sure to repeat STS for next Goa trip. Thanks Rosario and Paresh.

It was my first time an amazing experience booking with rental self driven cars for 2days,I had booked the i10 & booking was very quick and hassel free as I booked it just before 4 hours of my arrival to Goa Airport. Car was also clean and well serviced. Terms & condition are very transperent.

People are very responsive with car needs and the car was also pretty clean. But I had a bad experience at the end of the trip, there was a scratch at the front of the vehicle when we returned and they were very dishonest about dealing with it.
Initially they said they would check the price for repair and return the remaining deposit but no response came after that, after persistent calling for 2 days they said no deposit would be returned back as it was even with repair.
I felt the communication was very dishonest as the trip was done, car returned without taking backt he deposit

The audacity you have to threaten one of my female friends with fake legal threats when we informed you of the complete picture (fuel charges) ! It was a matter of few rupees, you could have apologised and we could have let it slide but this is outrageous behaviour now.
1. Your “employee” kept on saying “he’s my friend, I have nothing to do with him and talk to him directly”.
2. Again, YOU TOLD US to get the air filled from petrol pump, not to change the Stepney tire, not that the tire was punctured, but for us to go to the petrol pump, fill the petrol and air and we did exactly that.

Really good cars, awesome communication and coordination by Paresh and his team! They also had pick up and drop service which was very convenient.

Overall, it was a seamless experience and would totally recommend this company to anyone looking at car rentals in Goa.
