We had a one-of-the-kind problem during our personal trip and we had to rely on Sanjay Travels for help.

We were driving in our own car. We were returning to Chennai from Salem and when we reached Ulundurpet, we were sure that we cannot reach Chennai before darkness. It was the previous day of Vinayaka Chathurthi. We found that Pondichery was the closest place to Chennai and Ulundurpet. We decided to stay there that night and hit the road to Chennai next morning. We had teenagers and very senior person (84 years)

During the travel to Pondichery, at Vizhupuram we were in heavy traffic and it became darker and we were unable to drive due to impact of early cataract issues in one of the eyes. It became too difficult to navigate and we stopped. We called Sanjay travels and it was 8pm.

Sanjay travels was the closest in maps. We expected that we will encounter the regular travels people but we got people who were highly service minded and professional. Two came in bike and one of them drove us to pondichery. His driving skills were great and gave us the confidence of safety.

Though we had hotel issues which delayed the release of driver. He had to return back to Villupuram by bus after dropping us. As we couldn't drive ourselves at night, he stayed extra time and helped us get the car parked at hotel after we got a confirmation from the hotel management.

At that night, at that time, it was really great to have the services of Sanjay travels who had the mind to help and wanted to grow their business with the mind of good service and comfort for their customers.

We were happy to tip them more than what we agreed because of the genuine interest in their service. We will remember their service and directly or indirectly if we get a chance to recommend a travel agency in that area, we will 100% suggest Sanjay travels
