Bad experience. Price given in the website is wrong. After booking they said Rs.14/km and once vehicle reached the place they changed it to Rs. 15/km. Discuss about the luggage while booking. Driver kept arguing only 30kg is allowed. Took 6h for Bangalore to Salem

Mr. Ramesh, the driver was on time, courteous, drove carefully as my 87yr old mother-in-law was travelling. He was professional and at the same time responded politely.

Bookings were made easily and the response was spontaneous, even on WhatsApp.
They sent the vehicle model, which I specifically asked for due to my bigger baggage.
All fares were transparent and informed.
Only hiccup was, the last minute Driver change and few minutes delay in pickup.
The vehicle is maintained well and the driver was very polite and drived carefully.
