Had a great experience during my car service. Mr Naveen is a polite and knowledgeable person and explained everything while doing the service and did all the work in front of me.

ENTER the PREMISE at your OWN Risk. There are persons namely Sundar Singh (Sonu) working as advisor, do not fall for their appearance, trained to defraud you ( you can see it in cctv footage of this service center reception area of 11 March 2021, around 3-4 PM) and receptionist namely Ritu praising such defrauding upon customer like me who just believe that companies like Hyundai working for customers satisfaction and believe in legitimate profits. From my experience I am a fool to feel that way. If you visit this place for service and find these named persons in front of you be extremely careful because these persons are no matter how smartly dresse and seems to be pleased from your visit but they are connive. And if you still find these persons working there then in my point of view it's no fault of these persons BUT of The HYUNDAI Company. Once again PLEASE do not visit this place. Will be posting this for more than 2000 days if I possibly can and Google provide me this.

Good staff and behaviour. Service head navin joshi is a good person and helping neture. Overall very good service.
