Everything is good in the sales department but when it comes to service there is nothing much to mention.

none of my issues reported was resolved, they focussed more on selling the additional package like underbody coating for which they get commission

My car service experience is not good.Very Poor service. They put everything on the bill but don't do the expected service in the car.

I went there to inquire about verna and creta the advisor was so much friendly he explained everything in detail and also showed feature in car

Best exeperience in sachin hyundai haldwani.... And best sales staff good coperative... Editing this review after using 1 year. After sales the service is very poor in Sachin Hyundai Haldwani. I will not suggest you to take any Hyundai cars from Sachin Hyundai because bodyshop is very poor, for minor dent paint it is taking 15 days and service adviser are also not knowledgeable. Manager , Customer relationship manager are just for show , they don't know how to reply on the mails.

Please think twice if you are going to buy any Hyundai cars in Haldwani area.
