Have given the harrier top model for service here 4 times. Everytime they fix a problem, a new unrelated problem starts. Here, we exprienced battery problem to start with... recieved the car back with rear door locks broken.

Worst #badservice by tata. Doesnt feel like a premium car now.

Bad service experience. Staff doesn't care if you are waiting to get your car attended for service or not. They are really unprofessional.
The delivery experience is not good. Overall my experience with the showroom and service is not good.

Buy Tata cars at your own risk. There are lot of defects in new cars. I bought nexon xm model from here in june, problem started from day one, central locking, window mirror, door rubber issues. And after few kms of running engine started making irritating rattling sound.
Their salesmen just keep on calling you for sales, they dont care about anything else. During PDI i told them to replace the door rubber as it was not in good condition but they delivered the car as it is.
When i went to service center, they took whole day but still not able to solve problem.
Sounds are coming from and engine and doors of the cars.
It feels very bad when you dont get the value of your money.
Please think twice before buying any Tata car otherwise you will have to regret after buying.

car you get delivered here has to come driven at least minimum 70km

I would highly suggest to avoid purchase any vehicle from Midas Motors and save your hard earned money. In my case they have charged for Car accessories including car cover. during that time they told me cover is not available at this time and they will inform me when available. Now they clearly deny to give the car cover.

Worst services, never buy your car from this store, took 20-25 days to repair my car under insurance. Now called for service lapse after 3 months of lapse period and taking token charges ₹600 which is totally ridiculous. Service manager is very rude and irresponsible.

It's to bad to bought the tata car nexon to much problem in car no service after sells ,rude empolyees no old car exchange amount refund from last 3 months .....don't purchase the tata car zero level service ..

The manager and all staff is very good and supportive..only issue then don't don't the car accessories at the time of delivery like mud flap and car cover...rest is too much great feeling...car harrier is really dream comes true car...Midas motors supported at lot at the time of financial issue for loan approval
