These being the good about the place, I found this place full of trickesters, most of the people seem to be lying or hiding something and it arouses suspicion. Reading other reviews only aided this feeling.

Can't say a good place bcoz their service is too poor. No one hears you there.No any administrative body to complain. They treat you well when u go to purchase new car but after that their original face uncovers. Can't recommend this place..

Very bad services experience and misbehaving employees

Giving one star for only one person Mr. Govind as he is a gentleman otherwise would have rated 0. First of all their workshop is in old dilapidated building whereas showroom is all glitzy and shiny. Not sure why this step-motherly treatment to the workshop. Well, that's their internal matter. I gave my car for accidental repair. Quality of work done was ok but not upto my satisfaction. 2 chromes in the front grille still had accidental marks whereas they should have ideally been replaced in the same work order. Also quality of washing and cleaning post repair is pathetic. Who washes 7D mats with water and puts them back without even properly drying them and also tears the mat in the process of doing so. I didn't expect such miserable customer service from a Mahindra dealership for their flagship product. Really dissatisfied and disappointed ☹️

New model of car found easily here.. Nature of salesman was good..

I purchased Mahindra xuv 7OO October 10 2022 I am suffering with my new xuv 7OO from 1st week when I purchased car and now suddenly 13 feb my car not working not open door at least and when I complain to Mahindra service GM Praveen RaiSardar motors Naushad Gorakhpur responding very badly and he told me why you purchase this we have don’t have proper engineer for this problem & i have a proper video and images which attach with this tweet
In service Center every person behaving like very pathetic approx INR 23.50 lac investing in this car and only in 4 month car is dead I suggest all Gorakhpur people not investing money in Mahindra xuv 7OO
