SRM motors Rai Bareli is worst, they don't know anything about feature of car, least skill worker, even manager don't deserve to be there, no manner how to talk to customer, they are degrading values of TATA Motors.
I made all payment of my TATA Punch car on 31/12/22, and decided to take delivery on 1/1/2023, but they forced me to wait for 3Hr and 30 minute and at end moment started asking for extra money of around 1500 which they have missed on 31/12/2022 during calculation(even in approval to there MD they listed same amount but accountant added some more money by pen in his book) , when i spoke to there manager he said you have to pay otherwise we will not give u delivery and he spoke very rudely.
such unprofessional behavior by salesman and manager.

Worst service ever experienced. They make all fake promises and no proper response from the staff. They are just defaming the Brand TATA.No proper staff management. This store must be closed fit for nothing.
