Maruthi Suzuki Service Center (Varun Motors, Motinagar)

Service advisor has helped me a lot since I parked car in service centre in claiming insurance. Guided me through the all the formalities to be fulfilled and documents to be submitted to claim insurance without any hassle.

Regular service was rendered to My Swift Petro; ( VXI ) by Mr.Mithun at Motinagar and it is found to be a good service. He is always available on Mobile also. The guidance, Co-ordination besides Co-operation extended by Ms. Swapna and Ms Swathy i/c of customer care is Excellent. Their key role in attending customer is worth mentioning to the Organisation.

They charge for things they did not work on. Apart from washing the vehicle, they don't do anything.

I was charged for Wheel alignment & Rotation which was not done, when I asked, they said I am unable to identify my wheels. Reckless answer.

These people making us to think about other brands when we plan to buy next vehicle.

They will irritate by calling daily 3 times, service is also not up to the mark

My Maruti Alto car 1329 is serviced by Mr.Mithun. coordinated by Ms.Swathy. After service i find the car is running exceptionally good. Gear movement became soft. Over all i give them a applaud for their service and the service charges are very reasonable.

One of the best maruti servicing center where customer satisfaction is of top priority. Quite knowledgeable workman. Very nice experience of visiting here. Must recommend for any car owners looking for Maruti service support.
